Terms

You answer a guided interview about your business. We generate a document: a roster of AI agents with charters and constraints, a governance layer, cost guards, setup instructions, and a build order.

We generate architecture. We do not run it. There is nothing hosted on your behalf, no agents operating in your business, and nothing of ours that can break at two in the morning. What you receive is a plan and the instructions to build it yourself.

We do not promise a business outcome. Not hours saved, not revenue, not that any particular agent will work as well for you as it did for someone else. The document is a considered plan; what it produces depends on what you build and how you run it.

The architecture is generated by a language model working from your answers and our methodology. It is good — we test it against a standing set of checks before any change ships — but it is not infallible, and you should read it with judgment rather than following it blindly.

Where the document touches a regulated area — health, finance, legal, insurance — it flags that and tells you to involve a professional. It is not legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice, and neither is anything else we produce.

Setup instructions describe third-party tools we do not control. Those products change their interfaces, and occasionally a step will be out of date before we have caught it. Tell us and we will fix it.

The document is yours. Use it, adapt it, build from it, share it inside your business, hand it to a contractor implementing for you. We claim nothing over the architecture we generated for you or anything you build with it.

What stays ours is the engine: the methodology, the prompts, the software, the name, and the design. Buying a blueprint does not license any of that.

Specifically, you may not resell blueprints as a service, use our output to train a competing generator, or scrape the product to reconstruct the methodology. Using your own blueprint to run your own business, or being paid to implement it for a client, is fine and expected.

Your account is created when you buy. Keep your email secure — anyone with access to it can sign in, because sign-in links go there.

One account per person or business. Sharing credentials so several businesses can use one purchase is not permitted, and is the kind of thing we notice.

Prices are shown before you pay and charged once, in US dollars, through Stripe. Nothing here is a subscription and nothing renews.

The interview and the preview are free. You see your roster named and your business restated before any payment is taken — deliberately, so you can judge the fit first.

Guided Setup is arranged by conversation and invoiced separately, on terms agreed in writing before work starts.

Refunds are available for 7 days on stated grounds — not unconditionally, and the refund policy explains both the grounds and the reasoning at length.

Every blueprint includes 1 free regeneration within 7 days, which is the right remedy for a document that is about the right business but not quite what you wanted.

A refunded blueprint stops being readable in your account.

At checkout you confirm two things separately: that you agree to these terms, and that you want your blueprint generated and delivered immediately. The second confirmation is what ends any statutory right to cancel, which is why it is its own checkbox rather than a clause in here. We record what you confirmed and which version of these pages was on screen when you did.

You agree not to:

• ·Submit interview answers containing other people’s personal data, or anything you are not entitled to share.
• ·Use the product to plan anything unlawful, or any system designed to deceive the people it interacts with.
• ·Attempt to extract the methodology or prompts, whether by scraping, prompt injection, or otherwise.
• ·Automate purchases or interviews, or run the free interview repeatedly to harvest previews.
• ·Resell, sublicense, or redistribute blueprints as a product or service of your own.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is plainly deliberate, we may do so without a refund.

We do not promise the site is always up. It depends on services we do not control, and generation depends on a third-party model API.

If generation fails after you have paid, you are refunded automatically and told so by email. You should never have to chase us for that.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Örlög is limited to what you paid us for the blueprint in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, business interruption — arising from the use of a document we generated, including where an agent you built from it behaved in a way you did not intend. You are responsible for what you deploy in your own business.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may change these terms. Material changes are emailed to anyone with an account before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a blueprint you have already bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and any dispute goes to the courts there.
